Asian Stew

I had left over chicken broth so I made the vegetarian Asian Stew less vegetarian than usual. My spouse even commented that something smelled really good when he got home and he was looking forward to the leftovers.

I still have a lot of bok choy left so I'm thinking we're going to have chicken stir fry with bok choy and what ever else needs to be eaten up now. I won't be cooking while we're in Ontario this weekend.
