Suddenly Gourmet Lunch
Jul. 13th, 2009 09:21 amI had a bunch of stuff in the fridge I had to use up or start using so this is what my husband and I had for lunch yesterday:
Goat cheese, artichoke, and roasted bell pepper sandwich on fresh potato olive bread
Sweet peas from the farmer's market
Fresh currants
The Duckie had a blackberry jelly sandwich instead of the artichoke and cheese sandwich.
Dinner last night wasn't anything special but tonight I'm trying a new fish recipe.
