littleweedsMonday night for dinner we had a semi-Greek fish entree. The fish was baked with a tomato, fresh oregano, and shallot mix then topped with feta cheese and capers. I had steamed spinach while the Duckie had raw sweet peas.
The Duck enjoyed the fish so much that she asked for more last night. I sprinkled the fish with paprika, dried basil, and Crazy Jane's Mixed Up Salt then baked it. The Duckie helped me make a baby spinach salad with feta and walnuts. She ate a lot of everything!
