littleweedsI have some steamed fish recipies I want to try but thought I didn't have bamboo steamers. I was sitting at the table having coffee with my husband this morning when I looked over and saw the gift set of Japanese style dishes that have been hanging around waiting for us to figure out who to give them to. There were two bamboo steam baskets in there! I will give them a try Sunday.
