Cabbage and Peas
Sep. 21st, 2009 08:55 amI've never cooked cabbage before and bought some for a recipe I wanted to try. Unfortunately, that recipe only used 1/4 of the head of cabbage. After consulting my friends on LJ, I attempted Indian Cabbage and Peas last night with a recipe I found somewhere online. OMG. It was wonderful!!! I'll definitely be doing this again this winter. I expect to get cabbage from the CSA a few times.
The only problem with the recipe was that it takes longer than I usually like. It's about 40 minutes total which is twice what I normally cook for.
